D&egrave;s le premier trimestre les r&eacute;sultats sont visibles, les rondeurs s&rsquo;att&eacute;nuent, la capacit&eacute; cardio-pulmonaire est augment&eacute;e, la circulation sanguine am&eacute;lior&eacute;e.
